Volunteering is generally considered an altruistic activity where an individual or group provides services for no financial or social gain "to benefit another person, group or organization". Volunteering is also renowned for skill development and is often intended to promote goodness or to improve human quality of life.
Code name F1 (Foundation) the senior citizen planning council. Older persons in our community who have experience knowledge and understanding of the problems can convene to address the issues, and are willing to work together towards a viable solution that can be passed on to the leadership in a joint effort to overcome any obstacle for the growth and development of our community
Code name P40 (Pilot 40 years) The parent enforcer committee shall be a group of concerned citizens in the community a parent is a person who brings up and cares for another. However, being a parent does not necessarily mean that you biologically passed your genetics to a child. A parent can take on different forms, such as stepparent, grandparent, legal guardian, or a combination.. The committee is design to be a conduit between citizens and officials in the government social services and educational departments In order to address the concerns Issues and problems that confront the young minds during their growth and development towards becoming an adult.
These are young people ages 13 through 18 years old capable, willing and dedicated towards helping to improve, develop, and serve their community. The youth will be free to organize themselves: meetings, activities, socials, etc.
Team captains will meet periodically as a committee with the program director and project manager for team building exercises, project planning, and progress reports.
Parens patriae is Latin for 'parent of his or her country.' In the juvenile justice legal system, parens patriae is a doctrine that allows the state to step in and serve as a guardian for children, the mentally ill, the incompetent, the elderly, or disabled persons who are unable to care for themselves.
Children from ages 2 through 12 years old can learn to grow through the various stages of human development by having the seeds for the fundamentals of life instilled in them at an early age. They definitely get this from their home life. In today’s world, the family structure, schools churches and the economy may not be enough. Mothers and fathers can get together as a community with their children to share collectively as a moral, social environment.
